If you do not choose shipping protection and your order is lost, or if you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you chose shipping protection and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at sales@gearforpatriots.com. Please save all shipping materials. We will provide instructions on taking pictures or videos to start the replacement or refund.
Shipments can NOT be re-routed to another address once shipped.

Canceled or changed orders will be subject to a service fee even if not shipped out, if your order has shipped out and you cancel you will be responsible for shipping both ways and up to a 30% restocking fee. Gear For Patriots products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for their reasonable useful service life, as determined at our sole discretion. We offer a period of 3 days from your order’s delivery to inspect your order. If we make a mistake, we will do our best to make it right in a reasonable time frame.
